New starter: Lucia Matejkinova

We're thrilled to announce that Lucia Matejkinova joined iVigee as our new QPPV Office Lead on March 1, 2024! She oversees the management of our QPPV office and serves as the EU QPPV for our clients.

With over 14 years of experience in PV, Lucia progressed through various roles from local PV positions to PV Manager at European headquarters, and even as PV Director and Director of Client Quality. Her expertise enhances our capabilities and ensures excellent customer service and compliance for our clients.

We asked Lucia a few questions about why she chose to work at iVigee…

1. Why did you choose to work at iVigee?

I'm excited about the opportunity to work at iVigee because it aligns perfectly with my professional skills. Furthermore, I have been collaborating with Jan and Marcela for several years. iVigee commitment to leading-edge solutions and quality in AI is particularly inspiring to me. I admire how iVigee not only pursues technological advancements but also prioritizes sustainable practices and has a strong community focus. I see a great fit between my own values and iVigee’s mission, and I am eager to contribute to and grow with iVigee team.

2. What do you like about working here?

I really enjoy working here. The team environment is incredibly supportive and fosters a great sense of camaraderie. I've had numerous opportunities to grow professionally, especially through the challenging projects we tackle and the continuous learning opportunities provided. It’s also rewarding to see the direct impact of my work on our company goals. Plus, the emphasis on work-life balance here helps me perform my best while maintaining a healthy personal life. It's motivating to work for a company that aligns so closely with my own values.

3. Can you share your experience working here so far?

From my very first days at iVigee, I have been actively involved in a variety of activities and projects. The onboarding process was exceptionally smooth, thanks to the outstanding support from my colleagues. The team at iVigee is not only intelligent but also exceptionally friendly and supportive, creating an ideal working environment. Through my experiences here, I have come to realize the significant impact that AI can have in streamlining daily activities. My decision to join iVigee has proven to be an excellent one, as it has greatly enhanced both my professional skills and personal growth.
